“The Planet University” series of programmes is now under development to be dedicated to the 300th anniversary of St Petersburg State University, which we will celebrate in February 2024.
We are planning to create presentations about the most unique university collections: museums, archives, library funds; Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Medicine, Mathematics, Geology, Art, Philology collections, and even about SPBU parks and gardens. About all those isles of science and culture which alongside with faculties-continents and scientific tendencies-directions constitute the Planet University. It is the heritage that has been collected for almost three hundred years and is securely stored today for future generations of scholars and students. It is the heritage of Russian science and culture.
